Instruction, Competition, and Anything Else You're Looking For
Gates offers a rich and wide array of programming for our youngest pee wees to adults and everyone in between! For instruction, check out the adult instructional classes and drill classes or for juniors, see the junior page for the offerings from beginners to nationally-ranked players. If competition is more your cup of tea, adults will enjoy one of the largest singles ladders in the country or the in-house Top Dog Doubles league, Whatever you want, we've got it!
Can You Climb the Ladder? 
Fall Singles Ladder - If you like singles enjoy Gates' longest running program 
The Gates Tennis Center offers one of the largest ladders in the country for the following levels: Men (5.0, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0), Women (4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0, 2.5). The computerized ladder offers printouts with names, phone numbers and email addresses. The ladder also offers drop-in time on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Players who have completed at least 5 matches can qualify for a USTA-sanctioned end of ladder season tournament. The fee to participate on the ladder is only $14 per season. Online Court Reservations are Live!
New! 5 Day Advanced Court Reservations Offered Online
For the first time In Gates Tennis Center's history, players will be able to reserve courts more than one day in advance. In-person and phone reservations will still be offered one day in advance, but all players can reserve courts up to 5 days in advance online. Check out our newly created how-to videos to get the all the information on setting up your account and reserving courts

2014 Colorado State Open | View Results Here

Celebrating its 123rd year in 2014, The Colorado State Open is one of the oldest and biggest tournaments in the country. First played in 1891, it boasts past champions such as former #1 in the world players Don Budge and Althea Gibson. Check-out the prestigious list of Former Men's Champions and Former Women's Champions. This year Julio Peralta returned to defend his men's singles crown, but a back injury forced him to pull out of the final, leaving former #163 in the world, Jesse Witten, as the singles champion. On the women's side, former #48 in the world, Vasilisa Bardina won her second singles title in a row by defeating Heather Nobler in two tightly contested sets. 2014 was another awesome year of nearly 1,000 people (1,450 entrants) in 60+ divisions.
S.O.U.L. Fundraising Social | October 4, 2014
Join S.O.U.L. and Gates Tennis Center for a wonderful afternoon of tennis, eating, drinking and fundraising to raise money for bringing tennis to another world community. S.O.U.L Foundation is a 501(c)(3) grassroots organization founded in 2009 which fosters sustainable and vibrant communities through partnerships focused on food security, education, women's empowerment and health initiatives based in Jinja, Uganda. Wooden Open is Coming Up | October 18, 2014
