Winter Activities at Gates
Limited hours, but still lots to do...
The Gates Tennis Center's winter hours of operation are Sunday-Saturday from 9am-5pm, weather permitting. During the winter Gates activities include court reservations, rental of the ball machine, the Sunday Social Mixer, the Ball Machine Bonanza, the Winter Ladder, Private Tennis Lessons with our great staff of pros, Daytime Adult Classes and Cardio Tennis.

Weekly Drill and Cardio Classes offered all winter at Gates
When 40 degrees and sunny Gates will have tennis drill classes and cardio tennis throughout the week. You can sign-up for classes individually or become a "Core-Player."  For more information see the Winter Drills and Cardio Tennis flyer.
Enjoy the Sunday Social Mixed Doubles All Year at Gates
The winter mixed is the same fun format - only a different time
Because 10am in January is usually not the warmest part of the day, the popular Sunday Mixed Doubles switches to 12noon for the winter months. (November - March). So, don't hang-up your racquet for the winter and come join the Gates staff and other tennis enthusiasts on our many sunny Sundays during the winter. If your kids enjoyed tennis this summer than why stop when the weather gets cold? Enjoy lessons from your favorite Gate's pros this winter at the Bladium Sports Club in Stapelton . Indoor Tennis Opportunities Open to the Public
3 fun programs one mile east of Gates at the JCC Tennis Center
When it's cold and snowy outside, not to fear, the Saturday Scrambler, Late Night Tennis, and now Late Night Drills are some terrific options available to the public on the JCC's four indoor courts! The Scrambler is a fun way to play social mix-it-up doubles. See Saturday Night Scrambler Flyer to see which night is your level. Late night tennis is strictly for the Night Owls. It is offered twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays from 10pm to midnight. Believe it or not, every night sells out. To learn more see the Late Night Flyer.
